Tier Rating

There are three below listed different quality tiers defined for any enterprise.

·         Tier 1: Allows your business to send messages to 1K unique customers per day.

·         Tier 2: Allows your business to send messages to 10K unique customers per day.

·         Tier 3: Allows your business to send messages to 100K unique customers per day.

 Any new enterprise starts with the lowest tier and their rating improves as their quality of message increases. So in a nutshell initially businesses are allowed to send only 1K unique messages. This limit increases as their quality of messages improve. To graduate from tier-1 to tier-2, enterprise will have to send message to 2000(2*existing limit) unique customers within seven days and its quality should not be in red state.
